Ascot Homeowners Association

Ascot is a well-established neighborhood of 116 homes located off Coursey Boulevard in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Built in 1993, our community features quality homes ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 with property taxes under $2,300 per year. Our HOA works to maintain the beauty and property values of our neighborhood through architectural standards, common area maintenance, and community programs.

Annual dues are $85 per household, due April 1st. Late fees apply after May 1st. Dues fund: electricity for entrance lighting, lawn care and landscaping of common areas, website maintenance, accounting services, legal fees, and security patrol.
